To become fully compliant with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) regulations, beginning January 1, 2004, Noblesville Schools will alter its practice of sharing student information via fax or e-mail.

Parents/guardians who wish to receive information by fax and/or e-mail about their student’s performance in school must sign a corporation-approved permission form. This form is available by clicking here. Forms also are available in the principal's office of each school. The form can be e-mailed upon request.

Before Noblesville Schools will consider the form valid, the form must include the signature of the student's parent or guardian. The form may be mailed, faxed, or delivered to school.

Schools are not authorized to transmit student information to parents/guardians by fax or e-mail until a signed permission slip is on file.
